VISION
To equip workers in the growth of their character and the development of their gifts and abilities for effective ministry in the local church and the world.
In the fall of 2000, what began as a dream transformed into the vision that gave life to the National Institute for Ministerial Training (INCaM). Since our founding, we have enrolled more than 1,800 students and graduated an average of 800 committed leaders. As an institution of the IPHC, our mission is to equip pastors and leaders for effective and dedicated service, focused on church building and global outreach.
Our vision is based on the mandate of the apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 2:2. We provide students with practical and theological tools through a high-quality training program that covers church growth, personal leader development, and the various areas of practical ministry.
We are dedicated to the advancement of the Kingdom of God through:
-
The evangelization of our cities and the planting of new churches.
-
The revitalization of existing congregations.
-
Strengthening the family and reaching new generations.
Thanks to our partnership with Advantage College, students can continue their theological training at higher academic levels. In addition, we facilitate the process for workers to obtain their ministerial credentials from the various IPHC conferences.
